Try moving it forward one loop (you will need to remove the 'VISA Close' vi for it to work with your existing code.  This will show you your scan list prior to running through it.

SOLVED: as so often the problem was very small... Concretely, a syntax error with the combination of the scan lists (see screenshot - the red marked elements were missing).

Nevertheless many thanks again for your help! The approach of reading the error code finally led me to the solution.
