The Serial Port give a 16408 error, i try all that the support page request

The system is composed by two serial 485 port that communicates, one with 8 devices, one with 3 devices. On port with 3 devices it run good, but in port with 8 devices it doesn't run! The speed and other options is OK. The system has runned until 2 days ago, when begin the trouble...I haven't change nothing ! I don't have any idea to shoot the problem. How i can solve ? Thanks

Hi,

Something must have change in one of the devices. The 16408 means that a serial break was detected and a framing error occurred.

mumble...i have tried to excange the two port, initially runs...but after some minutes it doesn't run !!! It can be caused by computer speed ? The two port share the same memory area...is normal ? Thanks...

P.S. Can you answer for tomorrow ???

It is possible to have this error while labview run ? for example for 2 minutes run but after it breaks. What can send a break signal ?
