USB-485

Hello, I'm a Japanese student.
I connected the USB-485 to my PC, but the PC cannot recognize it.
It will be recognized by another PC.
What could be the cause?

Does the USB device shows up in the Device manager (assuming that you use Windows)

Can you see the device in MAX ?

It is displayed as an unknown device in Device Manager.

Or the device is defective or it is not recognized by Windows and you have to install the Windows device driver.

Since it is recognized on an other computer (same Windows version ?) it is probably the device driver.
