USB TC01 resource requested by a different task on computer startup

I have a problem where all my devices say "Status Code: -200022 Resource requested by this task has already been reserved by a different task.". I have a brand new computer and have already tried reinstalling all NI products already. Upon turning the computer on, going straight to NI MAX, and doing a self-test, I get this message. Any idea what could be causing this?

That sounds like a hardware failure. Does the device work if you try it on another computer?

Yes, it works with other computers. I have 4 different thermocouples I have tested with my new computer and they all give the same message (and all work on other computers)

So, it is better to reinstall the drivers or do a system restore to revert anything that may be corrupted, causing this issue.

Not sure if you read my post, but I say that I have a brand new computer and have factory reset it with no success. These devices all work on different computers

Same problem on two laptops. Found the article entitled "Why Do I Get a "No Supported Devices Found" Error When Using My USB-TC01?" in knowledge base. There is a sentence: "National Instruments has found that some services reserve the HID interfaces that the USB-TC01 requires to function properly." Which services, which interfaces? How to check which resources are reserved, is there any debugging tool? The proposed method of disabling startup programs does not work in my case. Is there any other suggestion?
