Yes and in testing it seems to have pretty much solved the problem. With guaranteed soak enabled, it does wait until it is within 1 degree before starting the soak timer. This will be plenty good for me. However, I'm just still confused as to why when I look at the settings for the soak step(on the actual watlow unit) it still shows that it is not actually setup to wait for Analog Input 1. Do you know why this is?
