VXIPnP Driver Library

I'm using an instrument driver from California Instruments called CIC-RP50 for an AC Generator (801RP). The readme file with CIC-RP50 says that two driver libraries are required for it to work properly. One is the VISA library which I have and the other is VXIPnP. Does anyone know where I can find the VXIPnP library to down load?
