Where are the NI Visa references for use in .Net applications

I want to use NI Visa in my C# .net application but can't find the references mentioned as required in this article (https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/supplemental/17/archived--c--and-visual-basic--net-instr...), namely NationalInstruments.Common and NationalInstruments.VisaNS

From https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-visa.html#306022 I downloaded  NIVISA1400full_downloader.exe, installed it, rebooted the workstation.  I did find the reference to NationalInstruments.Common but not  NationalInstruments.VisaNS .

Is there an updated example of NI-Visa with .Net, did I install the incorrect NI-Visa components?

During your install of NI-VISA, it will check to see whether you have .NET installed, if you don't, it won't install support for it.

Install C# then try installing NI-VISA again.

I had Visual Studio 2013 Professional installed prior to VISA install.  From Start --> uninstall a program --> National Instruments

So VISA seems to be installed but through VS I don't see the reference

Any advice?

Your screen captures are too small to see anything.

My employer is still using VS2010.

To view the screen shots, right click and select 'Save as....' or 'Open in new tab', the information is there.
