Which is the best readily-available driver for a non-PnP AT-GPIB TNT on Win2K?

Hi, NI.

A Professor wants this non-PnP AT-GPIB TNT working ASAP on Windows 2000 Professional.  The card has the designation "181830E."  However, the recommended driver file is no longer available for download.  Does anyone know if NI488.2 v1.7 is the best driver?  Would anyone know where a desperate graduate student might find it?  Thanks for your advice!

Unfortunately, I don't think you have any other choice than the 1.70 driver. That piece of hardware has been obsolete for many, many years.

I assume that you've already made the request to NI to get the old driver but if you need it this weekend, you will have to hope that someone with a stash of old drivers sees your post. You might try cross-posting to the LabVIEW board as there will be more users there to see your request.

Update: I found an old copy of LabView 6i from Prentice Hall.  It installed NI-488.2 v1.6, and this seemed to work just fine with the AT-GPIB TNT (non-PnP).  Thanks to all those who tried to help!
