Xantrex XDL 35-5P

Hi,

Has anyone been able to use the Zantrex Labview drivers to control the output on the AUX line?

I can use the drivers to control channels 1 & 2 but not the AUX line.

I have tried setting the channel name to both "3" & "AUX" but with no luck

Anyone any ideas

Thanks & regards,

Don1.

OK Im a bit confused,

the XDL 35-5P is a single output 105W supply with the GPIB option.

Assuming you have a XDL 35-TP the only control over the AUX output is to turn it on or off.  OP30= turn off Output 3  and OP31 = turn on Output 3

the voltage supplied from the AUX output is selectable olny from the front panel

My bad,  It is a XDL 35-5TP.

Thanks for the syntax, I am having some trouble execute it though.

I am using the NI-488.2 Communicator to test it out.

When I run write "*RST" or "*IDN?" or run a query such as "MODE?" these command work fine, however when I write "OP31", "OP11" or "OP21" the outputs never turn on.

Is there a specific mode I need to be in to run these commands.

Thanks & Regards,

Don1.
