can not find funtion IDRDB using GPIB in Excel

using GPIB in excel, there is a command :  Call ibrdb(tek370aid, dummy(), 5000) .   there is an error message, function can't be found.  Vbib-32,bas  and niglobal.bas have been added in the project.   but there is no declaration of funtion IDRDB.  How to do it ?
