You aren't sending any termination character. The term character enable for the VISA Configure Serial Port is only for reads. Do as I said about the '\' Codes Display and try appending a \r or \n. Look at the shipping example called Basic Serial Write and Read.

Yes, with the basic read and write serial and with the termination character \n can get response, but somehow when I tried the commands instead of *IDN?\n I cann't get any response?

Well, you haven't said what command you are sending and I don't have the manual for the instrument to see what it expects. Can you provide both?
