Has anyone program the CMC 356 with the provided labview driver before?  If so, any example that I can look at?

Hello,

While I have not personally worked with that driver, I noticed in the driver's readme that you need to have a copy of OMICRON Test Universe Tool 2.4 installed in order for it to work.

Also, if you have it, but are still seeing inconsistencies, check out the known issues section:

3. Known Issues

In REV 1.2, there are two known issues:
-For Voltage Event Generation.vi, the waveform of dip/swell is correct when using general setting values, but if the value is too high or too low, the frequency of waveform will appear a bit of fluctuation, where the low limit is 8 volts while the high limit is 247 volts.
-For Signaling Voltage Generation.vi, if both frequencies are less than 1KHz, the combined result is correct. But an error occurs once one of their frequencies higher than 1kHz.

Thanks for the information.  I knew about the first one.  I was just hoping that there are some examples out there.
