I have the QPT-90 conected to my computer via rs232

does someone have a working vi for this product?

Hello giladd,

I do not know of an example specifically for the QPT-90 but do know of examples for serial devices. The article explains methods of controlling serial devices.

I also recommend trying one of the LabVIEW on-board examples. LabVIEW 2013 has an example VI called SimpleSerial.vi that would be a good way to test your device, and I'm sure other versions have a similar example. The example can be found by going to LabVIEW > Find Examples > Hardware I/O > Serial.

I haven't found any VI's/Driver to use with the QPT-90 of Moog.

If I were you I would start in getting the User manual of the device that also include the Serial Commands.
