You need to ask more specific questions. To say you're doing a project and you don't know where to start isn't very helpful. We can't tell you what to look at or do since you don't know what you're supposed to be making.

You started off with wanting to know about interfacing a laptop to a yig scope (whatever that was), and then asked about the drivers for a TDS3034. What happened with that? Did you get the drivers? Did you try them? Do they do what you need to do? Do you know what you need to do with the scope?

You other statement about having an oscillator that you interface to a DAQ card is meaningless. What oscillator? Do you have a DAQ card? If so, did you install DAQmx? Did you look at the documentation? Did you do the tutorials?

We are not tutors. We can help with specific questions, but we can't create the project for you.

Have you read the Using Drivers section at the Instrument Driver Network? Have you looked at the examples Help>Find Examples>Hardware Input and Output>Instrument Drivers>LabVIEW Plug and Play. Have you opened up MAX (Measurement & Automation Explorer) and verified that the scope is listed?
