low voltage oscilloscope problem

hello everyone,

the interface of my oscilloscope(agilent dso 7012B) is blocked, when i change the input channel amplitude from high voltage to low voltag (from 1 v to 30mv ) without changing the vertical range to 0.019 v .(so i'am obliged to set the vertical range to 0.019 to run correctly the interface ).

notify that when my interface is blocked the icon of "trigd?" flashes in the screen of  the scope .

i'am tried to change the level of trigger edge to low value (0.1,0.001,0) but he problem is the same .

but when i change the input channel amplitude from low voltage to high voltage the program run correctly and he didn't block  .

STOP POSTING BMP IMAGES! You were told that in your other thread. You are just being extremely rude by doing that and by creating a duplicate thread.

You can't really be that naive that changing the file name is changing the contents.

Also, you have been asked to use real .png files for your images. Simply changing the extension does NOT change the file type.

really i'am not understand anythink ,i change the form of my picture to jpg,png and you also tell me that there is a bitmap image !!!

As we keep telling you, just changing the extension does not change the data in the file.  Here is your exact same file saved as an actual png file.  Notice the size difference.  Yours: 1120kB, mine: 29kB.  All I did was open the file in MS Paint and Save As PNG picture.

Some basic computer skills are a requirement for whatever field you enter when you graduate. Now is a good time to start learning them.
