pcmcia-gpib with Windows 2000

[Ejm]

I am a programmer porting an application from
the Dos to the Windows 2000 environment.
An element of the application utilizes a
pcmcia-gpib card as part of a setup which takes
readings from an external instrument. Do I simply need to download Windows2000 drivers which support the pre existing pcmcia-gpib card or will we have to purchase
a new pcmcia-gpib card as well?

I can't speak for win2000, but i can speak for Win95. Search NI's driver download site for GPIB +pcmcia and download the drivers for your OS. Once installed and the OS correctly identifes the card, LabView GPIB or VISA read / write will work correctly.
