We don't have an instrument driver for this device in our instrument library. I would suggest checking the manufacturers site or contacting tech support for programming information. They might have some C solution:

If you don't find a ready made driver, you should at least find the programmer's manual of the device. You can use the commands in the manual directly, or develop your own simple instrument driver. You'll find some driver development resources at this site:
