tdks boud rate increasment

I have Tektronix 3000B series connected to my computer. I'm using Labview to read the data from it, but there is a problem I cant download data only with 9600 bytes/s, I need to speed up the proces, I need at lest 19200bytes/s. I tried to increase it but it doesn't work.

According to Tektronix, the TDS3GV communication module is capable of baud rates up to 38,400. Are you setting the baud rate on both the scope (via the communication menu) and your vi?
