I cannot run your VI upon opening it because of E:\0743_Wujingrui\Enum.ctl and Control1.ctl.

In your VI are you trying to send just the Y, U, or V alone...or combined all together?

After getting rid of the type defs, I was able to run the VI and saw data with my loopback in place. It will run much better if you put the VISA Configure Serial Port and VISA Close outside the loop and if you put a small wait inside the loop.
