visa server menu

I am unable to see the visa server menu from the tools/visa. All I can see is the general settings and conflict manager. It is visable on my other system. Any ideas?

I had to reinstall VISA and now can see the visa server menu. Unfortunately it didn't help see devices on remote system..still get

0xBFFF00A7 (VI_ERROR_MACHINE_NAVAIL).

VISA server allows other machines to access VISA resources on YOUR Localhost not the other way around.  The remote system needs to be running VISA Server
