Add a Classic Mixed Signal Graph

Lots of people use the Classic or System style for cleaner interfaces.

The mixed signal graph is only available in the Modern style.  I see no reason for this to be the case.  The rest of my controls are classic, and I'd like to be consistent with my programs appearance.

I'm all for replicating anything NI adds to the Modern palette over to the System palette where applicable, so Kudos, but if we add new stuff to the Classic palette, it's no longer Classic right?

In my mind, classic is more a style of appearance, as opposed to a reference to the fact that the parts come from much older versions of LabVIEW.
