Allow run-time editing of cluster size

The current way to resize a cluster seems like a hack:

There's a handy scripting property node that can do the trick. I can't really think of why it would require scripting though.

It looks like some of these scripting nodes are run time editable. Can we get them on the regular list rather than on the scripting list?
