Favorites for context menu of properties and methods nods

In my example i have created a chart and used a properties node with "visibility".

When i click on "visibility" the full list of possible properties is shown over my

complete monitor. During my 7 years of LabView i have never used all of them, only a few.

I suggest to show only the last used properties, e.g. 10 or 15. That makes the context

menu more clearly and quicker... When i need another properties that the last 10 used

i can click on "Show all" to select it from the full list.

Mmmm... Sorry, no kudos.

Personally I really hate all those "Hide full menu" options spreaded and buried somewhere among the configurations of Windows programs, usually enabled by default... One of the first things I do when I install a program is to dig for searching and changing this behaviours, and always I opt for seeing the full menus, no matter how much tall they can be.

So, if in the future this idea will be implemented, I hope that the proposed behaviour will be just an option, possibly disabled by default.

From a less personal point of view, it seems to me that this kind of behaviour would make sense in those situations where there are a few choiches with a much greater probability to be selected, into a long list of hardly ever used others. The property option's list don't seems to me to fall in this case. I suspect that for the vaste majority of LV users such a kind of behaviour would translate in a bigger number of required clicks for reaching the desired choice.

Here's another suggestion for making the property node (and other selectable lists/trees) more usable - Add Intellisense support to the property node. Maybe adding an option to that popup to also display most/recently used items would be more practical.
