Front panel background image

Need the function to set the background image for the whole panel, ignor the pane boundary.

I know I can cut the image and use pane background image.  However, when resize, some pane doesn't change size, the whole image gets distored.  Besides, when you have 10+ panes, it's too much work to use the pane backgound.

It would be better if I could use pane backgound to on top of the panel background.

For example, for the following panel, I've to disable resize, and avoid splitter.
