Large crosshair cursor in LabView

When working with large resolution monitors 2560 H pix in a dual monitor system 5120 H pix it would be great to be able to change the cursor type and size (similar to Autocad...large crosshairs) for alignment of objects. The BD and FP grid system makes it to hard to see small lines and clutters the diagram.  A zoom on mouse scroll wheel would also be a huge improvement for work in the block diagram.

As I draw control panels I am using a clear plastic ruler to substitute for a crosshairs cursor that I am familiar with in CAD and PCB layout programs. I wish LV had it, and I imagine coding it would be fairly trivial.

Probably zoom might require deep change to LV's rendering engine for G, suspect it wouldn't be that easy to write. It would be a major upgrade to usability as monitor resolutions increase over the years.

I hope the 2 suggestions in this longstanding thread become future features of the already fantastic LabVIEW. Thanks in advance!

NXG has zoom. In CG, I use Windows Magnifier...
