For an ENUM or similar block diagram constants that have the option of "Visible Items > Digital Display", the initial location for the display currently defaults to the right side of the constant which is very often the side to which the wire connects. Very seldom does a constant have a wire that exits its left side. It would make more sense for the default digital display position to be on the left side of the constant so that the wire does not end up running behind it.
