Option to remove and/or move "Show Project" menu option

I don't know about anybody else but I am forever accidentally clicking the "Show Project" option instead of "Show Front Panel/Show Block Diagram" from the Window menu option as shown in the pic below:

Whilst it’s now quite rare that I manually click the show FP/BD as I mostly use Ctrl+E on the odd occasion I do manually do it and probably 7/10 times I hit show project.

Unless this already exists and I just don’t know it, I would like the ability to remove the show project option from the Window menu and have it either in another menu option or even better, have it as a separate button as I often need to flick to the main project screen.

Regards

Mitch

I think you may be the only person using the Window menu to Show the Block Diagram (or Front Panel)... well, I guess among those using a keyboard that is.

Suggestion: use Ctrl-E to swap between views and you will never have to worry about clicking "Show Project" by mistake.

And you can of course change this shortcut if you don't find it convenient.

I clearly stated in my post that I do mostly use Ctrl+E to swap beteen the FP/BD.

I said on the rare occasions that I do, for whatever reason, be it choice or otherwise, I hit Show Project

I'd argue that if the Show Project menu item does get removed, you'll wind up just accidentally hitting the next menu choice that moves up to take its place.

Just put Show Block Diagram in there twice, Ravens.

I too frequently hit Show Project, but as Ravens said, I will just frequentlyl hit something else instead if it's moved.  I'd rather show project than tile.  I'm not sure if they've made the tiling operation undoable yet?

elset, it looks like they did that with 2010.  I use Ctrl+Z after a Ctrl+Space (didn't wait long enough for Quick Drop) Crtl+T all the time in 2011.
