Probe display normal value + codes display

Status: Completed

The default String probe includes the Display Mode selector in LabVIEW 2014 and later.

I often find something won't work right because labview adds extra characters like "\" to things (like when you are specifying a delimiter or creating a termination character for example).  Having a codes display right next to the normal display in the probe window will speed up the process of catching these types of errors tremendously.  It will also be really useful to make begininng LabView users aware of the difference who may not have encountered this problem yet.

Put this snippett on an enpy BD save as

C:\Users\<YourName>\Documents\LabVIEW Data\Probes\Strechy String.vi.

You get the custom probe shown below.  Pretty useful

you can also create those probe vi,s youself from the same rightclick menu.  I should have mentioned that.....This is an implemented feature or was there something else?
