The problem:
The context help window change size/position automatically according to the context.
It changes size/position faster than one can move the cursor.
It often gets in the way, so that you can't select object, or view selected objects.
The solution:
1. Before context help window change size/position, it should check the cursor position and the selected object position, never block them.
2. Make the response time configurable. So experienced user can make the response slower.
