"autowire" in/out tunels in event structure

Status: Already Implemented

Available with the Linked Tunnels feature

HI

When I use event structure

and I have quite lot of cases

adding new case causes I have to connect all input and output terminals

which doesn't change in that case.

The idea to is add a functionality to wire between input and output terminal

inside the event (and case) structure to "autowire in all cases".

In example I dont need to connect the wire in all cases but I eventually need

to disconect the wire in one of them.

It is important for references and other signals which can't be unwired and left with default values .

 Thanks

What version of LabVIEW are you using?  This has existed for several versions now.

It is called "Linked Tunnels".

And Linked Tunnels have been out since LabVIEW 8.6!  You just right click on the output tunnel and you will see the option to link to an input tunnel.  There is also the option to Link & Wire in unused cases.

Thanks a lot.

I use LabVIEW 2013.
