What is the solution when using Labview LINX though since LIFA is being replaced with LINX?

Error 5003 occurs even when the port is not being occupied in the IDE. One reason I noticed was that aborting the VI vs. stopping causes this error, but there must be other reasons too. Not entirely sure what is the reason. Anybody figure that one out with using LINX firmware?

The question you all should be asking is why after 6+ years this has not been fixed in the LIFA library!!!  This is inexcusable.

You get what you pay for, and one of the tenets of software is INITIALIZE YOUR VARIABLES!
