90 mb program with 2 6031e daqs appears to get hosed at 90mb in size.

Hi all, I am writing a large labview application of approximately 90mb in size that uses two 6031e dacs. Everything is fine until I hit the  90mb point in my program. Then my screen on the block diagram begins to trash objects when scrolling up and down, only displays "pieces" of objects on the screen and then finally the  up down scrolls disappear from the screen alltogether. If you execute a save at this point unfortunately insane objects are created by this action trashing my program !!!!.  I have tried the following...ps the program runs fine (no errors) you just cant edit it beyond this 90 mb point.

1.) Suspecting a bad save sometime during editing  I "totally" rewrote the program (4 days) no cut and pasting from the old program and voila at 90mb I started to get trashed again on the block diagram. Its not routine related as I mixed the order of the test routines up to eliminate this.

2.) Suspecting some sort of video card anomoly I went out and bought a "hot" gamers video card at 256mb which had no effect at all on the problem.

3.) Ran the program on a hotter machine with 1mb ram vs 512k ram - made no difference at all. ...ie tons of disk cache and system resources available when it goofs up.

4.) It appears to falter exactly at the magical 90mb point in the program regardless of hardware etc.

5.) HELP !!!!!    Thanks John

John:

I presume you meant to use GB instead of mb and MB instead of kb in item 3?

What version of LabVIEW and DAQ are you using?

What operating system and if Windows, what does Task manager report for free memory?

Have you performed a disk cleanup and defragmentation lately?

Windows xp , lv 7.1, qty 2 6031e dac cards ,  around 120548 free memory while running,  page file 444 mb..dont think its a defrag issue as it does it  verbatim on another different machine that has bare bones os on it - is brand new.  J.
