If you try to post a question to this Exchange of "buffer" you will get almost 3500 hits. see here;

Please post the new version of the code.
It sounds like you may be getting somewhere.
"...it possible to have a program at normal priority in which i have the initialistion and a loops inside it , i have two or more sub VI ( for acquisition and treatment o
f signals ) at TC priority and in parallel a sub VI which does the writing process at normal priority? "
I believe the answer is YES!
Another suggestion:
The LabVIEW General page has many more Enthusiast than here on the the LV-RT forum. This type a question is not specific to LV-RT so I suggest you post some of your follow-up questions to the LV-General Exchange.
There are people on the LV-General forum that can answer much better than myself.
I suggest when you have follow-up questions (unless an answer needs clarification), you post a brand new question and include a link to the original question.
Using this technique you will improve the quality of the answers you are getting. There are few people that will dig this deep into a response to see if there any new questions they can answer.
So keep the question short and sweet.
Include code to support your Q's.
Post to more than one forum if you like.
Keep us posted.
Be patiant!
We are just trying to help,
Ben
