Hi ATCOUT,
I would suggest seeing Knowledgebase 2YJIMRHM: Where is ATCOUT in NI-DAQmx? How Do I Know When My DAQ Device Receives an Analog Trigger?. My understanding from your post is that you want to output the ATCOUT signal to a digital line when an analog trigger occurs. It is possible to route the ATCOUT, now known as the ‘AnalogComparisonEvent’, out to a PFI line. To see what routes are available for your card, please open Measurement and Automation Explorer >> Devices and Interfaces >> NI-DAQmx Devices. Click on your card, go to the window on the right, and then click on the ‘Device Routes’ tab at the bottom.. This will show you if there is a route available from your Analog Comparison Event to the PFI line you would like to use.
