Another LabVIEW Crash

It looks like this is something that I may need to bring to R&D's attention.  Can any of you provide a step-by-step procedure and small piece of code that will reproduce this error log file?

Hi, As I mentioned these crashes are random and not repeatable. I have seen crashes with very simple code where there is no code on blcok diagram and just playing with front panels.

No, I do not use labview realtime.

Ok. I have a new problem  now!

I have a VI with 3 charts and few other controls. All controls and Charts update fine for few minutes and then they stop updating. Charts don't scroll. My VI is still running. If I put in highlight mode I can see its moving from one control to another but controls do not update.

All I am doing is reading microphone input and displaying on chart. One chart shows peak and other chart shows FFT.

Any idea?

I think my problem has something to do with sound input configure vi. what should be these values for normal sound card input measurement. (Sound format and #of samples/sec) I am capturing input through sound card and detecting noise.

Hi,

We have the same Error in a huge application. The development of this Application startet with LV 8.0 where everything is OK. If we use LV 8.20 or 8.21, every time after finishing the Application the error occurs during closing the LV start window.

We have the same behavior if we run it as EXE or inside LV.

This error forces us to stay at LV 8.0 which has some other disadvantages against 8.2 or 8.21.

Is there at least any way to prevent LV from showing fatal error messages? Of course we could use Microsoft Taskkill for closing LV but there should be better solutions...
