Hi Jim,

 

I could reproduce the crash. I have filed CAR# 198031 for the same. I will post updates here in case more information is required. Thanks for reporting the crash.

CAR 198031 has been fixed for LabVIEW 2010.  You can find more bug fixes in the LabVIEW 2010 Readme.
