Can I deploy Mathscript subfunctions without revealing .m source code?

I am not sure of how you would be able to do this. There may be something in your .m files that you can configure. 

Making those into a DLL and then using the call library function node as mentioned earlier might be closer to that behavior.

Sorry for not replying to your post earlier, at least to say thanks for the help. I had to start working on something else, and I expect to get back on this issue shortly. I will try the ideas suggested here, and expose what finally worked for me, if anything.
