Can a 6221 card be used to output a frequency spectrum of 50hz-7Khz with an amplitude that can vary from .1 Vrms to 10 Vrms?

You can review the specs yourself but with a max update rate of 833 Ks/sec and 16-bit resolution over a +/- 10 volt range, it should be easily doable.
