Hi Michael,

the reason is given in the error message - what else do you want to know?

It would help when you would attach this WAV file so we could test this feature too (or even check the WAV file format)…

Best regards,
GerdW

Where is it?

If you have upload problems you might put it inside a ZIP archive…

Edit:

I guess it's the default sound file coming with Windows installation.

Even Audacity yells at it:

Conclusion: Use WAV files with default uncompressed encoding with LabVIEW…

Hi Michael,

Do you have an uncompressed wav file? I would like to try.

You can use Audacity to create WAV files. It's free to use…

Or is the a way to fix an conpressed file?

Search for a conversion tool that handles compressed WAV files…

Best regards,
GerdW

I downloaded Audacity and found that "chrimes.wav" is can be imported and played in Audacity.

My VI still don't run though...
