Can't add shortcuts to Installer

Hello -

I'm configuring the properties of an installer with LV2009, and find that if I click "+" on the Shortcuts page, absolutely nothing happens.  Anyone know what the problem is?  Is there a workaround?  I don't see the problem in the Known Issues doc.

Hi Alan,

This window that should come up takes a while to load for the first time.  For how long did you wait after clicking the "+"?

What happens if you try to cancel out of the My Installer Properties window?

Hi Charlie,

I've waited about 15 minutes... Nothing has happened.  When I click "Cancel", the Properties window happily closes without any complaints.  I also tried running LabVIEW with my AV SW & firewall turned off... No difference.

PS - I'm on a Vista machine.  I haven't tried LV 2009 on my XP machine yet
