Can't open package manager

When trying to open package manager I getthis error: An error occurred while getting the list of installed packages.

There was a problem with calling to the database of installed packages (SQL function call 'sql3-step' returned error code 11 with error message 'database disk image is malformed').

Please describe your system in a bit more detail.

• What Version (or Versions) of LabVIEW are installed?
• How long have they been working, or is the first time you are trying to use LabVIEW?
• What "extra" Packages or "unusual" Device Drivers are installed?
• Does MAX work?  If so, can you use it to get two screen-shots, one showing Devices and Interfaces, and the other showing "Software"?
