Can you detect when the windows screen saver is visible on the screen... not just active?

I can detect when the windows screen saver is active, which is really only enabled. Can you detect when the screen saver is actually up on the screen?

Thanks

Be VERY careful if you are going to do this is so that you stop
updating your front pannel while the screen saver is active to
decrease CPU usage.

If you do implement this then you may run into problems using "remote
desktop" on an XP machine or the VI web server in labview. Both may be
used to view a VI but it will have stopped updating if the machine
serving the VI has it's screen saver on....
