What version of the NI-VISA are you installing?

Do you have the right access rights in Windows 7?

Have you tried to disable your virus scan/firewall programs ?

What does USB RAW have to do with installing NI-VISA?

Can you attach a screenshot of the error message?

The error messages are that the windows 7 cannot open the USB device, and error code is 10.

Again, what this to do with installation of NI-VISA ?

When does this error code appear?

Are you run some code in LabVIEW?

Are the device installed in Windows ?

The device still needs to be installed under Windows.

This is confusing. Your original post refers to an error when installing NI-VISA and now you say the error occurs with some device. Please explain with more than a handful of words what you are really doing. What sort of device? Where are the screenshots?

Sorry, I am late. Maybe I don't expain my question clearly.

I want to let the PC communication with the MCU. So I follow the title "USB Instrument Control Tutorial" to get file of .inf.

However I cannot load the .int on Windows 7. Surprisingly, it can load on Windows XP.

My device is not a HID-class device.
