Is the array limited to 8X8?

I know I (successfully) changed a class wire width to 100 years ago. Not sure if it still works, or if it should.

I think the pattern arrays are limited to 8x8, but that doesn't limit the wire width.  The pattern repeats when you go beyond a wire width of 8.
