I did not know that you were using an IVI type driver and that NI did not write it. Since it appears to be instrument specific and written by Thorlabs, you should get into contact with them. Perhaps they have a utility program. You could also continue with the Instrument Assistant or write your own driver with the VISA functions. Sorry that I can't help more but without an instrument it's pretty hard to debug an error from a dll.
