Hello Community,
I hope you are able to help me.
I am currently using a Ni compactRIO 9068 Controller with a 9502 Module to control a brushless servo drive and an additional 9411 Module to use an Incremental Encoder.
I have installed the NI Softmotion softwarepackage and downloaded an example program for the FOC Velocitycontrol of a brushless drive.
I changed every Inputchannel to the slot my Modules are inserted.
But when I ran the autophasing Programm my drives just start to peep and the Programm says that the current is to low or the number of poles are wrong.
Nothing of that is the case and I have checked the parameters several times and ran it with low amounts of current and close to the limit of the data sheet.
The only result is the error notification and my drives heating up.
I would be pleased if someone could help me

Hi mdb-bk,
you told, that you installed the NI Software package, it would be great to know which SW ( LabVIEW 2014 ...?) and Version of that you installed.
Over that would it be helpful to have a screenshot from your error notification.

Hi Da44,
i have installed Labview 2014 with the 32-Bit version.
We have some kind of a Labview Premium licence so I have all additional add-ons which could be found in the update client including the Labview Softmotion module.
All software have been updated two weeks ago to the current version.
Additionally I have updated the firmware of the CompactRIO Controller to the version 2.1.0f0 to match my Labview Pc-system.
At the moment I am wondering if there are any missmatches between the 9502 module and the drive I am using, which technical data can be found here.
Another concern I have is wheather the gear box mounted to the drive slows down the drive to much for the test run.

Hello Community,
to display what I am dealing with I made a screenshot of the values and the error message I always get.
Maybe this is going to help a little bit more to understand my problem.
I have started to make a problem without the FOC only to spin the rotor of the drive.
Therefore i copied the PWM-Modulation and the Drive-Enable boxes from the FOC Programm and modified them a bit.
As a result nothing happend. The only thing I noticed is when I change the duty cycle of one PWM signal the drive starts to peep low.
I hope this additional Information is helpful.
