im using usb-b to usb cable

It looks like Labview cannot recognize the pump. 

Confirm the settings and run the following vi.

According to the manual if u r using USB the speed should be 115200, not 9600.

my pump doesnt let me change the baud rate manually to 115200. its just stuck at 9600.

i just managed to change the baud rate to 115200 now i get this error. what does it mean? how can i fix it?

That's a good sign, it shows that the pump responded but not what the code was expecting. Go back to the other examples and see if you can run them .

I've been trying with the other examples but the max baud rate it will go is 38400. I don't know how I can modify it to go up to 115200. I tried changing the settings of the pump to 38400 but that doesn't work either.  does anyone have a code that is compatible with my pump and the baud rate can go up to 115200?

you can change the speed by typing the proper Baud Rate just to test your connection
