I am relatively new to Labview, but have a decent amount of experience configuring simple systems with a myDAQ device; However, now I am trying trying to read an mlp50 transducer techniques load sensor with some relatively old hardware, and was looking for ways to do this with my given hardware.
The mlp50 sensor is TEDS compatible and is currently attached to a DPM-3 load cell display. I would imagine it would be easiest to connect the DMP3 to my DAQ device because it already has the built in TEDS for the sensor.
As for my acquisition hardware I have a NI-PXI-6031E inside of a chassis with a NI 8176 embedded controller. I have a SCB-100 terminal breakout board connected to the 6031E for hardware connections.
I understand how to configure channels/read sensors/record data and what not, but I am struggling trying to connect the dots between all of this hardware, any direction or ideas would be much appreciated.
