Converting Labview 5 to 2012

Can someone please help me convert these Labview 5 VI's to 2012.

I only have a copy of LV2012 and apparently you cannot convert LV5 VI's directly to LV2012.

Two advices for you:

1. Dont create duplicate posts.

2. Need to have a VI converted? Please post to the Version Conversion board.
