DIfferent flap top window module different results?

Hi all, I have connected same source to 2 different flap top module as shown in the pictures. Both give a different results. 

What make this different and which module should I refers? Thanks

Which one is showing the correct data?

I'm not sure which one is correct but the graph at the bottom in picture "1" is close (not exactly the same) to result simulated in Dasylab.

Looking for some better picture/explanation on that.

If you aren't sure which one is correct..... 

Since you are only simulating a signal, you'll need to give more information about what it is that you are trying to simulate in order for anyone to help you since we have no way of knowing what is the correct waveform.

Have looked into the help files? Usually they should give a hi´nt, formular or link to a source/standard lib on how the windowing is performed.
